I have been trying for 3 months to get Netstar to change my debit order to go off against my cheque account.
They still debit my savings account (or at least try). I phoned them again this morning, I was holding on for 7 minutes and then had to ask to be put through to accounts. After holding on for a further 8 minutes I had to put the phone down as I had two calls holding on for me.
I phoned them to have the unit tested... they take forever to answer the phone (you can only phone them while driving else they cannot get a signal) - there system was down!!! I had to phone back again!! All from my cell phone.
I am still waiting for somebody from Netstar to explain to me how the 'panic button' system works as I do not have a panic button and the sales person told me that I would have a panic button to press of someone tries to hi-jack me.
They are so useless!!! Will never recommend anyone to use Netstar.
I have dealt with incompetent people before, but never with a company as useless as Netstar (it is not one person at Netstar being useless it is the company as a whole)
