I went to the netstar in maponya only to be faced with back and forth phone calls between Ghrayroon and her employees. After waiting for about 3 hours to get my panic button working the technician told me he had not received any feedback from Ghrayroon and when she did respond it was to tell him they could not find my information on the system!!! wonder how that is because when I phoned customer service they had my information. I left the fitment centre with a panic button that is not working which is why I am going to switch to another tracking company!!! Such unprofessional behaviour.
