I got a call this morning (30 July 2013) around 01H20AM from ADT that they were responding to alarm activation. I instructed them to go and check my house and for your information they didn't go.
I would like to know the procedure to cancel your contract for your poor service. I have reported this behaviour a million times here on Hellopeter and nothing is being done on your part. Some of your Security Officers are fast asleep at night which puts a risk to my property for a service that i pay monthly for 24 hours.
