I started using car track in September 2011, and had no problems with them.

The problem started when I changed my car, I called to get the details and the procedure to follow for them to
Install the tracker in my new car. It took more than a week for me just to get the forms. I filled the forms and sent the forms back to them.
In the mean time my car had no tracking system as they were taking their time

I then called them again to ask what the progess on them installing the tracker and gave the the details of where my car was. The tracking system was then installed.
I drove my car for more thanks 2 wks with no tracking system as you guys where taking your own time
I wonder what was going to happen if anything had happened to me and my car?

Am not really happy with the service that am really getting

I'm not even sure that the system in installed in my car, cos they not telling me anyth
I called this morning to test the unit in my car, when I asked them where my car was located I was told that the systems where down and they will
Call me back. Its more than a hour now and no one has called me back
Am really worried should I get hijacked will they be able to get my car back?
