We installed the early warning system into both our cars. We have been battling with deactivating the system in my car, we are then left to start the car so the alarm. My husband advised me to press the "panic button" when it happens again. We pressed the panic button twice with no response from Netstar. I tried to phone the call centre on the 6th November 2013 with no answer for 20 min. I then sent a email to the call centre with also no response from Netstar jet again.
Can you please assit as we are paying for a service that we don't get.
