Shocking service

At the beginning of December our alarm system was struck by lightning and as of today this has not been adequately resolved. I have spent many hours on hold listening to the offerings of Adt and can confirm that not one of their promises has been fulfilled in terms of service delivery.
1. I informed the control room that we would be away and gave house sitter's details. This was not recorded and we were contacted numerous times whilst away in December/January
2. Despite having had access control fitted to the gate we have been informed that the warden could not gain access to our property as he has no remote!
3. I have not been informed that the system is failing to communicate.
4. I have a flat battery which needs replacing. After having established this with the control room a technician was dispatched who informed my staff that the battery was flat! As yet despite scheduling three appointments this has not been resolved as the technical team does not have the appropriate ladder. When I said I could provide a ladder I was asked if said ladder was secure!!!
I am at my wits end and will soon seek an alternative security company. It would seem that this company is too big to manage
