Bad customer service by control room operato

I write to you in my capacity as a resident of
Roodewal Worcester. I live in the vicinity of
Roodewal Primary School whom I believe is one of
your clients.

The school's alarm has been going off non-stop
since last night. My grandmother, whom is a senior
citizen, phoned your offices this morning around
7H30 and she spoke to a rather rude and
disrespectful man named Andre. She was informed
by the said Andre, who allegedly works in the
control of room, that the alarm is the responsibility
of the school. I informed my grandmother that your
company was supposed to send an armed response
team. I asked her to hand me the phone because I
could see and hear that the said Andre was
upsetting her. She then handed me the phone and I
spoke to the unpleasant Andre. He told me that
your company sent out a task team ten times last
night. But not once did the alarm stop. I phoned a
second time and was informed that it is the
school's problem and that either Mr Fredericks or
Mr van der Merwe had to disable the alarm. I have
very little knowledge about security companies and
how they operate but I do know is that when an
