Still after 4 months again almost and my last complaint also my debit order for ADT is still running. After my last complaint I was contacted by two different persons asking me for reasons I am cancelling and was also told that it will be cancelled and there will be no further debits. I have since then been still paying every month and have sent mail to some people at ADT for some feedback, but received no feedback or communication in any form from anyone as yet. What am I to do now? Can I stop all payments myself from my bank account?
