My alarm was going off when I returned home today. ADT did not respond at all. I contacted them to establish why there had been no response to be told that they were not picking up a signal from my alarm. As this is a regular excuse, I made contact with their Technical department and tested my alarm. All sectors worked. The only conclusion I can reach is, either the control room system is faulty, and no one knows about it, or, the control room to me about their not picking up my alarm signal to cover their own inefficiency. I wonder which one it is? However, I am changing suppliers because either alternative is unacceptable.
