ADT Security South Africa, your lack of customer service could have cost my life this evening. I have had a representative of your company at my home every day over the last two weeks to upgrade my security and alarm system and to generally ensure a safer lifestyle for myself.. I have just spent tens of thousands of Rands with yourselves upgrading my security system. I have sms'd and emailed to ensure all the codes and special instructions were in place if I had an emergency at my home... so what happens after all of this is done and the practical side of the enhanced security system kicks in... I have an alarm activation and it turns out that the special instructions were not loaded (Despite me having received an sms from a staff member last Tuesday already to indicate that this was indeed done) and the response officer merely indicated that he could not gain access to my property and left. No written patrol note like I have received in the past and I also did not have a call back from the control room, even though they promised to call me back to give me feedback... I am disappointed and gravely concerned
