During the weekend our alarm was activated, we were only contacted by the call centre over an hour later to find out if everything is in order - what is the point in phoning an hour after the alarm goes off??? On 3 occasions during the past few months our alarm was activated and in the morning we found the same response slip - they couldn't access our property to see if everything was in order because of "no access - Palisade", so what is the point of having armed response if they have no means of climbing over our gate to gain access to our property in case of an emergency. I hear that other companies have some sort of a ladder they use to climb over gates or fences. They should have told us from the start that they will not be able to assist us in case of an emergency as we have a palisade fence and that they would not be able to gain access to our property to help us in an emergency. So, I am going to cancel ADT because they cannot service us due to us having a palisade fence.
