Adt Security
NO PATROLS OR PATROL CARS SEEN IN THE PAST WEEK

I live in Westonaria, a crime ridden area south of Johannesburg. Over the past week I have been at home the entire day but I have not once seen any ADT patrols being conducted by the ADT security personnel. I have made a concerted effort to monitor the presence of all security vehicles in my neighbourhood, I have noted that there is a high presence of BOZ and EPR security but no ADT. My husband drove around out neighbourhood a few times in search of an ADT patrol vehicle but there were none. I have noticed that ADT only conducts patrols in the area when we call the control room and request patrols. I pay a monthly premium yet I am not receiving the service unless I request it, this is not the way other security companies operate. I am seriously considering changing my security company if no improvement is seen
