My ADT alarm system gave problems Friday morning at 05:00. The control room contacted and my wife asked for a repair technician to be send. Nobody came. The evening I switched on the alarm system and still not working I pushed the panic button for a test and the siren came on and the control room agent contacted again. My wife again asked for a technician to come out and nobody came they also said somebody will call which did not. I logged a call Friday on the ADT website. I received an email that I will be contacted in 24hours. It is passed 24Hours no call. I was the whole weekend without an alarm which put my family at risk. I got my doubts about ADT seems they are there only to receive payment and don't worry about there clients.
