I had Maxidor security gates installed in July 2008. I had two problems with the gate fixed to our kitchen door; 1) one of the pins on the trellises came out and 2) rust.
Maxidor came to fix the problem of the pin, but did nothing about the rust. The service advisor told me that the rust is my problem and that Maxidor is not responsible. He is right, I have paid and they have my money and to with the client!!
what about the problem of Maxidor using poor quality material and manufacturing processes?
Maxidor's products sell at a premium against competitors and you do not then expect such a response or poor quality of product and workmanship.
