Maxidor no service received even thow we paid 100%

Hello Peter (Ref number of our order is: Maxidor 394266 (P.Taljaard)
We paid the full amount of R6 222 on the Tuesday (6 Aug) in order to install a maxidor.
The initial agreement with Maxidor Bloemfontein was that they would install the door on Friday (9 Aug). On Friday nobody from maxidor showed up, we also did not receive any form of communication explaining why maxidor failed to turn up. We Called Maxidor, and they explained that the door will be installed the following week on the Monday (12 Aug) as all the required parts in order to install the door was not in bloem due to delivery delays.
On Monday nobody from maxidor turned up and no explenation was given by maxidor.
On Tuesday (13 Aug) we called head office. This lead to progress as a maxidor representinve scheduled a instalation time for thursday (15 Aug). A maxidor representitive arrived on thursday only to discover that not all the required parts were present he assured us that he will call me the next day (friday) in order to update me on the progress, no call has been received since.
