I purchased a flat in Brackenfell and noticed that the security gates installed are of poor quality.

I left an email message on Maxidor's website to be called back and Mark contacted me back in 2 days. I explained to him the situation and asked him to make arrangements with the Estate Agent to gain access to the property and to do the quotations. This took place in November 2013.

According to the agent, she only received one phone call from Maxidor and never received another call for an appointment after that. I am now sitting with a crisis on my hands as I cannot move into the property if it isn't secured. All that I asked for was for quotations for both the front and back doors and another one only for the back door.

Up-to-date I have never received any response nor any call from Mark or anyone at Maxidor and find this service in a very poor light. I have never had any problems of this nature from any company nor did my parents; who had received far better experience and service from Maxidor than I have.
