One day closing the gate the hinges snapped off... makes me feel very secure that I chose to go with Maxidor!
It wouldn't have been so bad had Maxidor kept their promise to come and fix my gate the next week after inspecting it. Pity they didn't and still haven't come back to repair it! The quality of service I have received from Maxidor in this time competes with the likes of Telkom! I would be embarrassed to offer the same quality of service!
Last promise was last Thursday, still nothing and when I try to call your service department today nobody answers!
I would strongly recommend not choosing Maxidor if customer satisfaction and guarantees of safety are your biggest concerns!
