Altech Netstar
Waited 5-10mins before anyone answered

On Friday 18th JAN, my dad was hi-jacked in his driveway.
We have Netstar in all our cars, our family and most of our friends.
My sister called me to say my dad was hijacked, I called their 0800"emergency call cnt"
On hold for 5-10 mins, while on hold I looked up a few other numbers for them.
While still on my cell, I called another number with my home phone and another with my wife's phone.
All lines seem to route to the same message.
