Last night at 17:26 I pushed the panic alarm in my car (to test it). At 19:24 I received a call from Netstar saying that they had notification that my panic alarm was activated. When I told the gentelman that it was 2 hours ago and I could have been hijacked/dead he told me I must phone Netstar this morning and lay a complaint, What is the use of having a panic button in your car when it takes more than 2 hours to respond. What would have happened it was really an emergency. Would they have also told my family to phone Netstar and lay a complaint.
