No response to an Emergeny alarm!

On Friday 31/05/2013, around 17:30, I found myself in an emergency so I pressed my panic button. Almost half an hour later, I had received no call from Netstar. At this point, my alarm was still going off. The incompetent person I spoke to promised me that he will reset my alarm and within 15/20 mins I can drive my car again. 30 mins later, my alarm was still going off, irritating eveyone in my complex and my neighbours complaining about the noise. An hour later, nothing happened, I had to phone Netstar again, spoke to James. He asked me to drive around again for about 15/20 mins while they get the signal. He confirmed to me again, that they were not receiving my emergency signal and that a technician will need to look into the matter. Around 20:00, the alarm finally stopped. James assured me that he wil get someone to call me 1st thing Saturday morning to book my car in to my nearest testing station. I waited the whole Saturday for a call, till today, no one has bothered to call me back. Since Netstar cannot give me peace of mind on why I am paying, I recommend to have my policy cancelled without any fees so I can go to a reputable company!
