So I tried calling them on their 1800 number as I need my current unit moved to another car, 20 minutes later still holding on, then called again another 20 minutes no answer. I then google'd the local office and called, they answered then before I could explain my request fully they put me on hold, guess what 20 minutes later no come back. People think twice before you deal with this company, I cant believe how hard it is to get them to talk to me.
