ALTECH NETSTAR instructed me to take my brand new car to a fitment centre in Randburg called AUTO RADIO Randburg. Careless and shoddy work resulted in my brand new car's engine being badly damaged. The technician left a cable in the engine compartment which caught on the cooling fan. The cable was catapulted into the radiator which was ruptured. Netstar have taken responsibilty for the damage. The repair on my brand new car will take at least 3weeks. In the meantime I have no car. Netstar agreed to giv e me a replacement car but to date, 6 days later, they have done nothing. I cannot get hold of anybody with authority at ALTECH NETSTAR to help us in this regard. All I get is excuses, and empty promises. Customer service at ALTECH NETSTAR is nonexistent. Beware people out there!
