INCORRECT BILLING AND POOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

ADT replaced the passives in my house and charged me for it, whilst it was ensured by them. In April 2012 they agreed to pass a credit. Still not done.

They installed a CCTV which was such poor quality that they immediately replaced it when I complained. Unfortunately they replaced it with a unit which was manufactured by a company that was no longer in business at that time and on which I cannot get support. It is therefore obsolete.

I requested their banking details so that I can contribute to the road closure and they just do not respond.

I have spoken and mailed various people including Joey Combrink, Anne-Marie McLennon, Mathinjwa Fudiswa, R Goveia and D Bungu. On June 2012 I faxed a letter of complaint to the MD Mr. BD Strydom to which no response was received. On 23/12/2012 I went to their offices and demanded to speak to their MD but he was overseas. Spoke to his secretary, Robin Hart, who promised to make sure that the matter is resolved.

To date nothing has happened and the account still reflect the invoice for the insured passives. No credit note has been passed, I still have the obsolete CCTV and our boomed of area is still mismanaged.
