Last week Monday my alarm activated, after a Minute I noticed there was no call from ADT, I contacted the emergency call centre, I specifically said, my alarm is activated, can you please respond. The agent on the other side says, FOR WHAT! Later that day I put in a complaint with Technical for no response. Nothing happened. That evening I tested the system and it showed they are receiving the signal, but 5 minutes later. I complained about that, nothing happened. Today I called the sales team asking them to escalate, I called 4 times 2 of which I remember Meegan guiney & Miguil haffegay (I spent an hour on the phone), both promised me that they will put me though to the Midrand representative but I just go on hold. I asked for the e mail address but they refuse to give it to me. HOW CAN YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!
