On the 5th May 2013 at about 7:15am an alarm was activated at my house, we were all still in bed. Woke up to investigate, all seemed to be in order. ADT did not call to check if all was well. Why do I have to pay R399pm if they dont respond to alarm activation, anything could have happened.
I am seriously considering cancelling my contract with ADT.
