This is not the first time i have complained about the response time to my alarm being activated and receiving a call from ADT. My alarm was activated and it took ADT 3minutes to call me to check everything was okay! Thank goodness it was a false alarm! Why do i pay you people monthly for a service that is not even met to its full potential? The black lady who phoned me then proceeded to tell me how i am not the only call she had to make and if i want to complain i must speak to her Manager! She had such a bad attitude, what if i was in danger? I then mailed ADT and NO REPLY!
Why must i stay with ADT? I want 3 valid reasons why i should not move to Blue Security for the safety of my family!
