My alarm activated on the 13/08/2013 and due to me not being on my premises, and after getting a call from ADT, i requested the armed response to respond to the alarm. After waiting for alnost half an hour for feedback from the response, I decided to call to enquire what was happening at my home. I was then put on hold for over 15 minutes. I was then transferred from consultant to consultant, who could not help me. I never recieved a call from ADT since the activation. This is terrible service as the ADT contact is NOT a call centre but an emergency contact and should be treated as such.
