5 minutes to pull up a profile!

I just called your call centre to report a disturbance in the area (multiple gunshots from different guns, shouting, loud voices) and it took the operator five minutes to (unsuccessfully) pull up our profile! Meanwhile we could have been murdered or seriously harmed whilst the operator to pull up a profile

I think this is disgusting for a security company!
