3 weeks ago my alarm battery was giving low signals. Had to pay extra to get a technician in to replace the battery over the weekend. Now the new battery is giving low signals again - starting Sunday 16th. When I called was told to call again Tuesday. I emailed them to complain about bad service - no response, of course. This done (3 calls later) was told a technician would come round today (Wed 19th) I specifically requested a half hour lead time to enable me to get home from work. Today I get a call at 12 to say he's there and leaving because he has another appointment at 1pm. So - other people get appointment times??? More calls fail to get hold of the coordinator to try to squeeze him in later for me, otherwise it will have to be tomorrow, when no doubt we will go through the same business again. I get an annoying SMS every hour to tell me my battery is sending low signals but they couldn't care less about rectifying the situation. SERIOUSLY considering cancelling my contract. They are useless. Not expecting any response.
