ADT - Poor Service Delivery & Communication

Signed a contract with ADT on 14th December 2012. There was a fault on the alarm and I could not re-set it. I advised agent that property was unoccupied and therefore alarm was to be repaired as a matter of urgency. After many requests, a technician was only sent to identify the fault on the 7th March 2013. which was repaired the next day. My property was unoccupied with an inactive alarm during this time, yet a monthly charge continued to be debited to my account. The technician replaced the PC board and the battery, for which I was invoiced. On the 16th March I was advised that the battery is showing as low and I have been unable to re-set the alarm. It has since been impossible to get a technician back. I have been told that the original technician said that I refused his quotation to replace the battery, thus the now current problem with the battery. Yet I have an invoice where I have been charged accordingly for both items!! I am still trying to get a technician back to the property, your management is unavailable to take calls and refuses for their e-mail addresses to be given out. My property remains unalarmed while ADT continues to charge me, ignore me and is unconcerned.
