I have signed up a 3 year contract with the company during 2010. Since signing up, I've been strugling with this company to have my corect details on my certificate as isued by them. My particulars were not corect and not even the details of my vehicle have corespond with what was issued. Several phone calls to their C T Branch, but without success. Lizette, who was suppose to assist were never available. At last and after 35 months, a lady by the name of Liezel asisted me and tried to correct everything that should have been. I have decided to cancel my contract with them and has given notice that my contract should end by 31 May 2013. All this was done and I have recieved noticed that the cancellation was in order and that I dont owe Tracker any money. Only to recieve a Statement in the last week of May 2013 that I should pay Tracker an amount of R97-03 by 01st June for the services rendered for the month of May 2013. This came as a shocker, because my 3 year contract was paid up till the end of May 2013. I met with a gentleman Brian Bull @ their CT offices who asured me that he will look into the matter and come back to me within 2 days. 2day its been a week, and no feedback yet
