I refer to your statement of 3 July 2013 where it reflects that we owe an amount of R933.65.
THIS outstanding amount has been communicated to VARIOUS of ADT staff as to an erroneous amount been debited to our account. We did have a problem with our system BUT your technician came and replaced a battery unnecessary. When he left the problem was still there only to have another technician call on our business to established the fault been a wire that was not connected properly. I did pay this technician cash and therefore will NOT pay this call out fee and replacement of battery because;
1.I requested the battery that your technician removed back as there was nothing wrong with the battery and he could not give this to me
2.I paid for a second call out of your technician to do the work.

On Saturday this amount we are disputing (for MONTHS NOW) was debited on our account. This is against the National Credit act and we therefore demand that you pay this monies back into our account within 48 hours failing to do so will result in legal action. We await your immediate response to this mail (by close of business today) failing we will place our grievance in detail on HelloPeter.com.
