Wrongful installment of electric fence

I have just had a similarly bad experience with LPSG Risk - Louis Grobbler! I am deeply traumatised. He was supportive after I had a break-in and sweet-talked me into letting him put in an electric fence for R11, 000 . I agreed to deposit 70% upfront. When I settled the bill he brazenly told me he needed to replace "a switch" before ADT came to connect it. It turned out he had put in a refurbished energiser. I was upset and furious. He went to get another one to replace it and they are still trying to do the instalment. ADT came and looked at it as well as a highly reputed company and they told me there was no way it would pass a compliance test. They pointed out everything that was wrong with it. His handyman is here now trying to connect wires but I don't think he knows how to. My interest now is to warn other consumers. These individuals convince you that they can do the job and you only find out that they can't after you have deposited. They go around the neighbourhoods "helping and advising people". I have wasted enormous emotional energy two weeks of my time R11, 500.
