No after sales service

Hi two weeks ago I phone Epping branch for a follow-up service on a security gate that was installed 3 years ago, after 2 days a date for the service/inspection was confirmed. I'm still waiting on their technicians as special arrangements was made to have someone home. I 'm really disgusted in their service.
