Failure to rectify a fault

On the 28th November 2013 I reported that there was an error on one of the zones. The following week there was a technician that came through and quoted me R5216, 64 to do a zone map as there was none I the asked if that was not supposed to be done when the alarm was installed. He said it was supposed to be done but it never was. I then asked why I should pay for something tht was supposed to be done already.there was no answer to the question. He blocked the faulty zone and left.

After phoning and reporting that the fault was not rectified ADT thought it best to send another technician who when he arrived said that the Zone Map could not be done during business hours and that I will have to reschedule for after hours and that there would be a charge involved. He then left after doing NOTHING

after 2 more technicians and a Technician dispatcher that refused to take my calls I still have an alarm system that is faulty.
