This is now the SECOND time i have complained via HelloPeter about ADT. The last complaint laid over 2 weeks ago, was given the standard supplier response on the website.
I waited patiently for two weeks and no one has bother to contact me despite your promises made via this very website.
Why must your service be so absolutely disgusting? Why can't you have the decency to contact your customers? What is wrong you people? In this economy you should be scrambling to keep your customers happy, not doing your level best to annoy them.
I am going to cancel my other accounts because of this.
