I have sent no less than 6 e-mails to the MTN customer care about an account which is obviously wrong. Each time I get a different answer or I am told that someone from the accounts department will contact me. This has been going on now for 3 weeks and still my account is incorrect an nobody from MTN has even attempted to contact me. I am thoroughly fed up with these people. When I tried to lay a complaint on their website the function did not even work. Plus they've hidden it so well on their website I had to spend some time to find it. The service I have received is pathetic. I just want to speak to a human being about a problem is that to much to ask??
