On Fri 11 Jan I placed a complaint on HelloPeter to get some kind of action from Cell C. The response was that a sales consultant would phone me - which never happened.
Fast forward to today, 29th Jan. I still have not heard anything from Cell C regarding the new contract / phone. Surely there should be some effort from the contact centre to ensure that potential customers that have taken the time to move across to Cell C would, you know, actually try and keep the customer?
Extremely frustrated with the current level of service. Cell C fails to deliver notifications to their potential customers - this could easily be mitigated by simply keeping in contact?
