4 weeks ago I called my insurance to inform them im buying a new vehicle I asked the insurance to arrange with tracker to remove my tracker and re install. This was to happen by the next Monday as my new vehicle was ready. The insurance said they would inform tracker and make the arrangements. I got to the installation centre on Monday nothing had been arranged so I contacted tracker personally in which they replied they can do the transfer for R850.This was not explained to me in the T&C that if you purchase a new car within 2 years there will be costs involved. I refused to pay because tracker sold me the product and nothing more was explained via phone. they said a team leader will call me asap (SAME DAY), as I had to fetch my new car. A team leader called me back 2 weeks after. At this stage I had spoken to tracker 3 times, & everyone promised to call me back. When a team leader called me back after 2 weeks I refused to pay the R850-00.The team leader put me through to a moses who gave me a discounted price of R400 which I accepted. Now ANOTHER 2 WEEKS HAD GONE BY, and still no feedback or installation.im still WAITING!!!
