I had a shocking eating experience at the Ocean Basket in Knysna on Saturday 10 August 2013. I logged a complaint on the company website on 14 or 15 August with all my contact details, but I am still waiting for a response. Very, very disappointing and now even made worse. Does somebody actually follow up on complaints on your website, because there is a 72hour turn around time promise. I am happy to explain the whole issue again, but feel that this is just a complete waste of my time because Ocean Basket does not care about their customers. Please advise!!!
