2 weeks since I have been promised to be contacted

I launched a previous complaint about the disgusting service and quality of prints I was made to pay for. I have previously spoken to someone named Michael who promised to email me as soon as possible
I then received an email from Dawid Liebenberg to say that Micheal had replied to me from his iPad but the message had not sent. Dawid went on to tell me that Michael would contact me again regarding the issue

It is now 2 weeks later and no attempt has been made on the part of Postnet to contact me. I am not sure if Posnet wants me to simply forget about the incident and move on but this is not going to happen. It has been over a month since I first laid a complaint. This is simply not acceptable.

I hope to hear back from you regarding my complaint ASAP
