I have received a quotation (QU-66676) to install a new alarm system on 14/08/2013 as the salesman advised me that it was too old and he switched the alarm system off. I have accepted the quote and still waiting for them to complete the installation everytime an appointment was made the consultant did not pitch. I have escalated the matter to Leon Du Plessis to no avail. This is huge security risk being without an alarm system for 3 months but you still have to pay for the service every month.
