Hi was a client ofADT for close to 3 years, i moved over to Chubb and cancelled my contract with ADT. My account has still been debited thereafter. I have made countless calls to ADT and have proof of all the email which i sent through and only received broken promises that my query will be looked at. To date still no feedback and when i call the call centre, they put me on hold and eventually drop the calls.
Eventually i have resorted to calling the Emergency line to get assistance, but they transfer me to the call centre and the same thing happens, this is going on for months now.
I will continue to call the EMERGENCY/ LIFE THREATENING NUMBER and keep the line busy until someone assist me. As ADT really dont care about resolving queries, I won't be suprised if this complaint is overlooked.
If a simple accounts query cannot be resolved, how on earth do you guys expect to protect people?
In all fairness, your security response time was excellent when I was a client... but your CALL CENTRE BIG TIME
