Alarm Installation Delayed

I paid deposit for installation for Alarm System. The deposit amount of R1610 was deposited to the ADT Standard bank account on Friday 07 June 2013. The consultant, Johnny Maries promised that the alarm system will be installed by Friday 14 June. I have phoned him in between the 10 - 13 June to ask when the technicians will come to install. He has never phoned back to confirm. today its the 14th of june the alarm is not yet installed. I phoned the ADT call center number, they put me thrugh to a wrong branch... i called again... they game me thsi number 0123213777... that number is always busy... i called the ADT call centre again... they say the alarm wont be installed by today. they will set another new appointment.
