I have logged a call with ADT over a week ago for a technician to onsite and sort out our camera system. An appointment was made with a sales to come through the following day. (Guess what? no one pitched)
i logged another call and a sales rep was scheduled to come onsite on the 03/05/2013 (Guess what? no one pitched)
I phoned them this morning 06/05/2013 i spoke to a helpless and unprofessional call centre agent who kept me on hold for more than 10min and just randomly transferred me so another agent. She also did the same thing. during our conversation she transferred me to someone else.
all need is for a technician to come onsite and sort out our camera system.
