I waited until around 13H00 on Friday, nothing... Then, I called them again. After about 45 minutes on the phone, they told me that they do NOT HAVE SPARE MOTHERBOARDS FOR MY 2000USD DELL XPS 15???
Then I explained that the data on this now paperweight is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL TO MY BUSINESS the next day (Conference calls and a huge meeting), they promised to be onsite before 17H00...
Our offices close at 16H00 on Fridays, so I went outside, and sat in my car under a tree until 18H00...
Guess what... I am still waiting!! still not even a call!! Nothing! I called them now again...
