A month ago I logged a call to telkom for intermittent connectivity. Everytime I phoned there was a technician onsite. Telkom hiring ghosts now? So telkom changed the rules (understandable) that you need to phone your service provider to log a fault. That was done a week ago and then "refreshed" on the 14th. So I hear from my service provider that Telkom has a 7day SLA. Initial Call logged on the 17th of July... till 16th August... 7 DAYS MY A$$!!! Funny thing though... almost 2 years with telkom and no issues... now they've gone and f@cked it up. Will never recommend another telkom product. If you pay for a service surely you should get it?
