Ok so, 2 weeks no ADSL. I have been told at least 10 different stories from more than 10 call agents; from my router that is faulty to a technician is currently onsite to a missing cable. Funny thing though... THAT TECHNICIAN HAS BEEN ONSITE FOR 6 DAYS. I have tried escalating, and phoning everyday to get feedback and still NO SERVICE. The adsl connects for 5 minutes and disconnects for 3-4 hours. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Even logged a call for a credit dispute. Because you are paying for a service and not getting it. I have said please and thank you enough... GET THI$ SORTED
