BAD ATTITUDE AND NO SERVICE

Good Day,

Complaint from a very unhappy customer:

I logged a call on 21.01.14 with Reference number: 18946

o Firstly after I logged a call on 012 681 0000 and was promised that a technician will come to fix our machine no one pitched, when I phoned just before 16h00 I was told they were to busy where I then spoke to Alet and was promised a technician at 08h30 on 22.01.2014.
o 22.01.14 - 08h36 - I have phoned again and spoke to Christen because still we had no technician that came to help us she then phoned the technician and he told her that he is 10 minutes away, he eventually pitched after 09h00 and after not even 15 minutes he left.
o 22.01.14 -AGAIN THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING...
o 22.01.14 - Reference number 19027- Alet phoned me back with a very very bad and rude attitude that I absolutely don't appreciate, telling me I didn't log the call correctly and if I did the machine would've been fixed because I didn't give the error codes when I logged the call - this machine doesn't give any error codes or say what is the problem and as far as I am concerned I am not the technician and its not my work to tell you what's wrong with the machine that is exactly why we have a service
