I am not satisfied with your poor and pathetic customer service. I wish to cancel Tracker as my service provider (after only two weeks of having your 'service')
Worst experience ever:
1. Pathetic response from your installation personnel.
2. Poor telephone customer service for simple customer query (Placed on hold and transferred to someone else).
3. Cannot even get a hold of Tracker to cancel this service (Put on hold - no answer).
4. Really concerned about whether their service will really work if required. Prefer to go to another service provider.
